so today I witness something you normally see on tik tok videos.while waiting on my food at Popeyes on Alexander.I’m already at the window not even 5minutes of me being there random lady comes to the sliding window and yells for somebody.rudely approached the employees telling them this is ridiculous why is nobody assisting them.are they doing there job are they cooking the chicken.what you want me to do leave or wait etc kept going on and on while the employees kept there cool and letting her know mam it’s just two of us we are low staff we are trying etc.

Website says they close at 10 but every time I go there either for myself or a delivery they’re closed. It’s happened more times than I can count and it’s just ridiculous. Sometimes they don’t even tell you they’re closed, they just make you wait at the speaker for 30 minutes without saying anything and then finally someone will say they’re closed or you drive around and realize no one is even in there. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional

Went to this establishment and door was unlocked with another costumer their saying no one was in the store.. we checked the bathrooms and was to worried about going to check the freezer to make sure no one was hurt so we called law enforcement.. The register was left open and appeared to be robbed… Wated on law to make sure no one was hurt then left… Crazy&Scarry!!!!

Will never visit this place ever again in my life. Paid with my credit card and it wasn’t returned and it was also used day one of the workers at multiple stores. I came back to the store to ask about my card. I spoke to two managers and show them the video of the worker using my card. And was told there was nothing they can do. The worker is still working there. Can someone please tell how is this possible..

This place is so nasty they do not change their grease They leave their chicken out on the counter where it gets hot before they put it in the fryer. I have caught food poison !!!! three times within four months. If you respect yourself and others, you will keep everyone away from this restaurant. I do believe the health department needs to be called and sent there immediately. That is my next action. Also, every time you try to call their phone number, they have it off the hook you cannot ever speak with anyone

I went through the drive through Saturday at 7:00 P.M no one answered or pretended they weren’t there! I saw a worker inside sitting down ignoring me doors locked. Worsts service ever might as well close store and close off the lights instead of paying someone for sitting down working for free.

This is the worst restaurant I ever seen in my life. I waited 35 minutes between two cars in the drive-through because I couldn’t get out. people are rude and the place is filthy in and out. Oil spills behind the building and the drive through is full of holes. The state inspectors should come down here and shut it down. I would never come back here or recommended it. After waiting to water my food for 35 minutes, then I have to wait another 15 minutes for them to bring the food to the parking lot.

Drive thru was slow. No mild chicken was available, estimate 30 minutes. Only told when we reached order station. Got spicy chicken and it was over cooked. Cashier was nice enough to verify what pieces of chicken was available for my order.
