They literally have a note at the counter saying “due to call outs they are short staffed so someone will be with you when they can or use the kiosk “. I get certain items that are made a certain way and I tried on the kiosk but it didn’t have the option to make them the way they offer when I speak to an actual person so I waited at the counter like one of my options was and a rude young girl walked up and said I can use the kiosk. I looked at her and said if they had what I needed on the kiosk then I would of already done that and with all the breath she wasted on telling me what I already knew, she could of used that breath to take my order. After about 10mins, someone finally came to the counter and understood why I couldn’t use the kiosk and she apologized. She was nice about it but we won’t be going back any time soon after having such

terrible customer service at the taco bell on grant in green Saturday July 15 1130 am. got home after going through drive through found half of our order missing took it back to have remade and person in charge said it was her policy not to remake any food that didn’t have anything wrong with it even though it was their fault the order was missing half the items and 6 tacos were now 30 minutes old cold and soggy falling apart when trying to eat them. called garden valley store and person in charge said they always remake the whole order and if I brought my receipt they would fix the grant stores mistake. thank you garden valley taco bell for your great customer service going above and beyond to fix another stores mistake and bad service… green taco bell shame on you!!

We took the food to go, but I have been inside many times. Like most fast food places, the tables have become less comfortable. They want you to leave ASAP. Taco bell food at this location is pretty consistent. We have not had any wrong or missing items. The food is spicy and oily, which is why you go back even though your stomach will not be happy later , your mouth is happy now.

I’ve visited a few times in the past week and found that all of the staff seem to very friendly and have always prepared my orders exactly as promised. As far as tacobell goes, its all 5 stars but being taco bell, it’s never going to be a 5 star restaurant.

I got a steak quesadilla and they didn’t cut it, the guy working the drive thru didn’t asked me if I wanted any sauce packets, which I politely said yes, then he forgot to give them too me. Oh on a side note if you want a side of nacho cheese sauce prewarning it’s $.99 for a tiny sauce cup….Definitely a rip off. Overall I’m less then pleased with my taco bell experience.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Cheap and pretty good. Great deals on the app. This restaurant is a little slow and folks aren’t as attentive at the counter as they should be. But they’re usually plenty nice and do the job. Store is new but chairs are uncomfortable but passable. Again, it’s Taco Bell.

I don’t normally make a bad review for anything but I haven’t been able to eat anything I get from here lately. They keep putting jalapeño sauce on everything, like cheese quesadillas, when I make sure to specifically ask for none because it kills my stomach.
