Inedible. This pepperoni pizza was the slimiest most grease soaked pizza I think I’ve ever seen. I mean pizza can be greasy especially pepperoni but the box was falling apart due to the insane amount of grease… I don’t know who could stomach this soggy greasy mess. You couldn’t even hold up the slice. If you were eat it, you’d have to use a fork because it wouldn’t hold its shape…

Wrong pizza was delivered called the store and spoke to a manager for the right delivery to be delivered, no pizza ever came had to call an hour later and was playing pass the phone with 5 different people before anyone knew what was going on. The fourth person we spoke to gave us a name “Kyle” as the MOD, which he never came back to the phone. After calling an hour later they stated they were putting the correct pizza in the oven and it would be here shortly. We ordered a pizza on a Sunday at noon. Customer service at this location is absolutely horrible!

The Stafford location deserves no stars considering an employees behavior. Went in there to pick up my order today. Will the guy that gave me my order shoved the pizza boxes at my chest and slammed the drinks on the counter. I did not appreciate his demeanor considering I am a paying customer and will never buy pizza or nor anything else from Papa John’s again.

If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered online. App said 36 minutes until arrival on the tracker. 75 minutes later I call because the food still did not arrive. They then immediately put me on hold and played the most annoying promo on constant loop for 10 minutes. I hung up (which is what they wanted). All the while my kids are screaming in my ear. Order from anywhere else!

This place has been closed down for the past couple of months… Still shows up for order on the Papa Johns App even though they’re closed and have another restaurant opening there soon… The Richmond Highway location should show as the nearest option in this area and this one should be closed.
