Today me and my co-worker was sitting at our desk doing our work, when the receptionist called to inform me that my guest had arrived for our 2pm meeting. Luckily for me, the meeting was to take place outside as we inspected a structure for pests activity. While outside, I noticed my formerly favorite food truck outside in the Restaurant Depot parking lot. At the conclusion of the meeting, I grabbed my co-worker and we walked to the food truck.

I was introduced to PARLAY Savory Saloon today by my coworker. Let me just say, I was blown away!! Their food is absolutely incredible! I ordered the Fried Flounder Love Plate with Cray N’ Cheese and Skillet Corn. Best food I have had in a long time!! Fresh, made to order, and very tasty! I have hired Parlay for a private dinner in my home, they catered my wedding reception and I frequently patronize their food truck several times a month!! Why Parlay?? Their food is way beyond food truck, the food remind you of a Saturday brunch, Sunday supper, Friday night dinner or family fish fry. I wasn’t able to travel to my hometown this Christmas due to the pandemic so I contracted with Parlay to have a Christmas meal prepared. I had turkey wings, collard greens, macaroni and cheese, sweet potato mash, and cornbread. Every morsel tasted like perfection! I highly recommend their services! Next best thing to home!

Thank you again Parlay for a delicious lunch! My Company Ordered lunch for staff today, for the second time using Parlay. The first time was a hit and this time was a slam dunk!! Wow… I do not know what to say, but WOW. I got the Turkey with Rice and Gravy, Cabbage, and Mac and Cheese. All of it was extremely well prepared and tasted amazing! I brought my coworker along “not planning to buy anything”, but with one sample of the Flounder & Shrimp Seafood Bisx she had to buy a bowl even though she had already eaten. Please follow and go support them. You will not regret it ! !
