Enjoyed a nice steak and potato before a show nearby. The restaurant is really cute and it was delightful to have the window open upstairs while eating dinner. The 6oz filet ($30) tasted great, but was lacking salt. The cook was a perfect medium rare, hats off to the chef. The baked potato ($4) was soft and creamy, and the melted butter was great on the steak, too. The cheesecake ($8) tastes lemony and smooth. The service was good, and the waiter did a good job checking in. I would come back here for a nice quiet dinner. Did not see a cocktail menu, and it would have been nice to have one or two speciality cocktails to choose from.

Food was excellent. Service was just as great! My steak was cooked just like I like it. Brussel sprouts were wonderful! They even did the cheesecake half chocolate and half blueberry for us. Will definitely be back!

I want to start off with that the night we went, we had an amazing waiter who was also the bartender, since we sat in the bar section. I can not remember his name but he was absolutely amazing. He made me a delicious cocktail (melon sour) and was very attentive! Now for the food. It was cooked extremely well. We got a boneless ribeye medium/rare, baked potatoes, broccoli, salad, and an appetizer of the baguettes. Even tho everything was cooked well (especially the steak) it was all very very bland. The baguettes mention a garlic butter but there was no garlic, the potato had no seasoning, and the steak tasted like they don’t season it all. (not even with salt) For the atmosphere the bar was pretty dingy and extremely hot. We sat in the corner with the window open and I was sweating. I’m thinking for the cost of this high end steak house I shouldn’t be sweaty and hot when trying to enjoy a birthday meal with my husband. Don’t get me wrong it has great potential but it’s def lacking in seasoning and atmosphere. Also the parking and entrance for the restaurant was quite annoying and confusing. We ended up asking a person outside if they knew where the steak house was which is through the hotel entrance and up the stairs.

Steak was cooked perfectly, service was excellent with very friendly attentive staff. Well worth the price, Loved that this place is locally veteran owned. The military decor is an added bonus, if you are with a department or have military patches bring them for the patch wall.

This place is very new but great! Would highly recommend. Definitely the best Ribeye I’ve ever had, and the customer service was excellent.

Let’s cut to the chase, this is a pricey establishment, but the food quality is well worth it. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel extremely welcome. David was our waiter and he was extremely I knowledgeable. Service was quick and efficienthad the 10 ounce filet medium rare with a loaded baked potato. This was easily THE BEST steak I have ever eaten! I am not easy to please with my steak, but this was beyond excellent! Local beef and produce are utilized. Owners are veterans. This will not be my only visit! I will be a regular!

We are RVing at Brown County State Park, and I decided to take the family out for a nice dinner. Googling nice places, I decided on The Nashville Chop House mostly due to the high ratings. After parking, my foot almost went through two rotten steps on the deck stairs, as we walked around to the entrance. Upon entering the restaurant, we all noticed a distinct smell of sewer inside. All of the beers are bottles; no drafts available. When we couldn’t find a kid’s meal section of the menu, we inquired with the waiter. He seemed to think there was a kid’s menu, but couldn’t find it in the menu. He then seemed to guess at what they could make, and came up with 2 items, a grilled cheese and a cheeseburger. For sides, he stated they don’t have anything fried, “we don’t have room for a fryer back there.” The adult burger we ordered came out raw, and believe me, I like a rare/medium rare burgers. We scrapped the burger so we didn’t have to wait. We ended up with a $50 bill for a kid’s grilled cheese, a Cajun shrimp appetizer I could’ve definitely made better at home, and 3 drinks. It was a very disappointing experience. Our waiter was nice, or it probably would have been a 1-star review.

My wife and I both had the 20oz ribeye with salad and baked potato. The food was top notch and service was friendly. During our visit the A/C was struggling and we felt for the staff. If the owner doesn’t have an attachment to the location they should include a move in their future business plan. The Chop House alone will do great things. Above all, please join them in the experience as you will not go away disappointed.

Only reason for 3 stars is the waitress was on her own which did indeed slow down service. Ordered a screwdriver an it was very well made perfect mix as well ordered a med rare Fillet mignon the center was definitely under cooked to be med rare but was good definitely come here couple times a yr love the hotel an the hot tub an pool. The restaurant is a little high cost for what it is an lack of menu items but over all very good place highly recommend
