Upgrade my meal to large and added The Cris cut or waffle fries. They were put in a small container about 6 of them that were burnt. When I walked in to tell her that my receipt stated large. She told me they only come in One size did not feel like arguing. So walked out but also had ordered a famous start. When I got home and ate it was cold. It was only a 10 minute drive. The patty was hard as if left over from earlier. All I could think was I knew I shouldn’t have went there! Waisted 22.00 on cold and burnt food.

They serve the drive thru before you get your order while inside,also their sandwiches be dry and sometimes the meat taste microwaved. This is the second time i called about my sandwiches and the manager had an attitude with me ,didn’t let me finish what i was trying to say because she interrupted me,after she said what she said,she hung up in my face. They got one person working the drive thru,one doing fries and one doing the sandwiches,that’s not feasible in fast food business.

This spot is always a hit it miss so you have to literally check your food before you leave to make sure you got what you asked for. Second they always be cheating their drive through window time and making people park in the front or having them back up to reset the clock. Also have them clean their ice machine gross

Understaffed for sure. One cook in kitchen and one other staff to do drive thru window and counter…no wonder why service is so slow. And to top it off, the messed up my order. I asked for a dry burger no sauce, ketchup, mustard or mayonnaise. So, I get home and my burger has tones of ketchup. Understaffed equals super slow service and mistakes on orders, which also equals to unhappy staff and customers.
