Honestly this place is a waste of space.. they could of put something besides a Popeyes here. I ordered the two piece chicken the first time the chicken was raw!! They gave me an attitude while swapping it out come to find out my second set of chicken wasn’t fully cooked either!! I honestly thought it was just me who noticed it but a elderly woman complained about it and so did her husband. This is disgusting and unsanitary!! The place wasn’t even busy for them to serve undercooked chicken.. I ordered a Mac and cheese and it was more than obvious they made it in the morning and just let it sit there it was cold dry it was a joke i ended up throwing it out. I ordered a mash potatoes and i swear i thought it was play-doh. The biscuits were also undercooked and had no flavor at all it was so doughy i literally was able to mold it into a ball. Beware coming here you might get salmonella or something. I served 2 years in jail and i got better food than this nonsense and free ‍♂️

This is an absolute JOKE. I ordered a family meal and an extra large side. All the sides are half way full. The cole slaw is less then half full! I payed for large container and received a small portion. If this is how popeyes treats paying customers then I’m done eating there. Im also missing 2 pieces of my 12 piece that I paid for and im short 2 biscuits. I will never return and this will not be my only post. Absolutely terrible and just plain sad.

Picture this, I am coming home from a long shift at my own customer service job in the food industry. I close up my shop and spend hours deep cleaning my store. I am both tired and hungry, looking for something to eat. Conveniently Popeyes is open and on my way home, I decide “yes, a 2 piece meal sounds delightful right now” but my expectations are low since late night fast food in my experience is met with stale food very below the standard, beneath my expectations, and grumpy tired workers (understandable).

Better than the times I’ve gone to the Cermak/Summit locations. The food was hot and fresh, despite being close to closing time. The worker at the window, Emily, was kind and courteous. The order was correct when I opened it. Overall better than I expected for a late night drive thru run. Definitely will be back to this location. Hopefully the dream team working tonight can pass their wisdom on to the other shifts.
