I’ve been to a number of local BWW and my lady and I were in the area and decided to try this one out. The atmosphere was great- sports games on the multiple TVs, a large bar, outside seating area, etc. However, the problems are with the service.

They give you tons of sauce now to hide how small these wings have become!! Thought it was a fluke last time on how small they are but tried again and their even smaller now. And these Nachos;( they use to slice fresh jalapeños on top. Very disappointed I will be trying another location next time. If the same I’ll be finding another wing place to go!!

I particularly prefer this location over others in the region for its layout. The outdoor space is nice. The atmosphere is what is expected, service & food is always hit or miss at all the BWW locations. But this location I consider to be more consistent with fresh food quality & service. Some days the service is exceptional and some not. Some days the food is fresh and some days, it has sat under the heat lamp for an extended period.

Seven people in our party stopped on the ride through town and we all ordered entrees. Food was all cold and our waitress got multiple orders wrong and seemed a little aloof/forgetful. Everyone was friendly, wing sauces were flavorful and the atmosphere was good. But we were disappointed about our overall experience.

The mixed martial arts fight on the screen was blaring so loudly throughout the entire restaurant that we couldn’t hear the waitress or each other. The food was only mediocre, service slow, and expensive.The wing sauce was good, but the wings were tiny and overcooked. The loaded nachos were cold and soggy. We will not be back.

Mariah was our waitress and she was amazing. I had 3 little toddlers who she was very patient and engaging with. Food was delicious! Service was quick. Only complaint is that its freezing in there. We would have stayed and ordered dessert and drinks if it wasn’t so cold.

What a great place with great food, and wonderful staff! There’s plenty of choice on the menu. I can honestly say that the bacon cheeseburger I had was the best I’ve EVER had.. an I’ve had a few! My partner went for the wing combo and was well impressed.
