It was our first time with Scooters. It was amazing. We got two large carmelious blenders with extra espresso shot and extra caramel, two Carmel muffins and two cake pops. Blender was perfect. The muffins were so tasty and served hot which made it that much better. Cake pops weren’t what we expected. Seemed like more of a dough. A different texture compared to others we have had elsewhere. Overall. Would definitely go back.

The service was absolutely wonderful, but I ordered a chai latte and it tasted very strange, too sweet and just had a weird after taste. My husband really enjoyed his coffee though, he got a cookie butter latte and said it wasn’t overly sweet. I will definitely try again in the future and update my review.

I normally like going to Scooters back home because they serve their customers well. However this scooters in Storm Lake didn’t want to make the drink I ordered because they already had cleaned the machine to make the one I ordered. I arrived at 750pm so they were still opened but they started cleaning early and I had to settle for a drink I’ve never ordered before. It had ten minutes left before closing.

My order is somehow wrong every single time i get there. Ordered a cold brew with coconut milk thinking it was simple enough, but somehow got a cold brew with coconut water. I asked for a replacement, but they said “oh no its made correctly” who tf wants coconut water in their coffee? There are better places to get coffee in town so avoid this one.
