They are always closing early or the workers duck and hide like no one can see them or see the lights inside obviously still on. 8/31/2023 arrived 9:45pm no one ever came to speaker so I drove to the window and beeped, still nothing. A young boy came to the front shortly after so I beeped twice and he came to window saying they were closed cause they only had 2 people working.

French fries were cold. However, the employee immediately offered to cook new batch. Very kind to us. Wait time was approximately 5 minutes. Not a problem. Excellent service. Best Arby’s in Greensboro!

If ZERO stars was a possibility that would be their rating. I will NEVER eat that again. The service was poor, the food was terrible. I have never had such BAD food at an Arby’s. The picture is of a brisket sandwich. To say it was horrible is an understatement!

I got a turkey slider tonight at this location since I haven’t had one in a while. I took one bite and spit it right out. It was absolutely disgusting. Just to make sure I wasn’t overreacting, I smelled the turkey. It smelled spoiled and tasted terrible. Just ruined sliders altogether for me. Never again. That meat had to be expired.

Really clean Arby’s! I don’t eat much fast food but I was here on Sunday, and I was not only surprised by the state of this location, but the staff was out of their way friendly and attentive. Not used to that. Usually see things like that at Chick-fil-A or a nice restaurant. Alyshia (hope I get the spelling right) you made my day.
