I am working on storm response, we work long hours and try to get a warm meal. Hours stated for dining room open were until 10. At 9:10 I tried to go in and all the doors were locked, normally this not something I complain about, but due to the fact that or storm we work out of bucket trucks and they do not fit. My request is to change the hours posted or make sure the doors remain open to proper time and the employees don’t ignore the customer.

The food is fine, they typically get the order right. Seems pricier than other locations but could be wrong on that. But they take forever and 9 out of 10 times everyone is backed up waiting to get their order taken and nobody in line at the windows. Makes parking lot terrible to navigate. See people drive off in frustration literally every time I come here. I’ve done the same more than once.

I usually order the Grilled Chicken Sandwich but decided to try other chicken options. On my first time ordering the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo I thought it was Pretty good spiced and fries are nice and hot. I will rate 4 1/2 stars. Sometimes I get onion rings instead of fries. Very good onion rings!
