In my work travels, I have eaten at restaurants all over this great country. The Crispy Chisket was, hands down, the best sandwich I’ve ever had!! As if smoked brisket wasn’t delicious enough. This sandwich takes it to another level entirely. The extra crispy Texas toast, real slices of cheddar cheese topped with smoked, juicy brisket are perfectly matched with a sauce that is to die for. The only downside to the “Chisket” is that it will destroy your opinion of any other sandwich. I tried it once…. And now I’m ruined.

East Texas style barbecue right here in Utah! Love the chisket (smoked brisket in a delicious grilled cheese sandwich), ribs, brisket, pork, bacon. It’s all yummy. The Crispy Chisket does not disappoint! You should definitely check it out.
