I shouldn’t have to say this, but if you’re playing and not working there is a problem especially when I’m having to wait on food you’re wasting my time and my door-dasher’s time which is money. I think someone needs to train their people on night shift to act accordingly when on the clock not horse-housing and acting a fool it makes not only the management look bad but also the company as a whole. It is ridiculous.

Either their website and Google are both lying about the hours, or they just close whenever they want to. Stopped by at 10:30, sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes, never got anything. Lobby was closed already and nothing in the drive thru, I guess they close at whenever. Went home hungry, thanks burger king!

Just left, they told me to pull around. I only got a fish sandwich I waited FOREVER! Had to go in twice and then the black lady with the long braids and the 5 o’clock shadow was absolutely horrible and told me she didn’t care because Burger King dosent pay her enough! I will find out the owner and make a call or I’ll call corporate. Maybe getting fired will help you appreciate a job. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Not going back again! On this fine day we stopped for and order spicy nuggets, small fries and a spicy chicken sandwich. This was a drive through trip. The young lady greeted me with a “Hello, Hello!”. I explained what I wanted and asked for two small waters. She said “We no longer sell water cups, is that all you want?”. I said sure and pulled up to pay and get our lunch. I handed the young lady at the window my debit card, she grabbed it from swiped it and grabbed a sack and handed them to me and said “Here is your food” and closed the window. How very very rude! As we pulled away my wife looked in the bag and sure enough, no fries. I pulled back into the drive though. I explained we did not get our fries. The Lady shut the window, and a moment later came back and hand me a sack while she was speaking to someone else and shut the window. Very poor service. We parked to eat quick, and we discovered the fries and nuggets were old and the nuggets were some what wet. The chicken sandwich, well, a picture is worth a thousand words. Stay away from this place.

This has happened more than once check your orders before you leave. I ordered a American chicken sandwich. Paid the price for it. I received a regular chicken sandwich no lettuce no mayo just bread and chicken. Will not be coming back

Been to this place many times and always had good service. On November 17th 2022 11:15 AM went in like normal but the manager that day was refusing to take orders in drive thru and at the counter claiming she had no one to cook the food when there were 2 cooks in the back making food at that time. So you want get my business anymore, all because of a lazy manager which seems to be a common theme in this area ever since COVID.

I had to leave the drive through. I sat for 18,minutes and still never got to put a order in. I have 30min for lunch. I had a order for ten your way meals. I came back with nothing to eat. I’m at Jerry Lee’s getting some chicken and a cake on my own time.
