Just ordered thin crust pizza, the box tasted better than the pizza. It was dry and overcooked. Tatertots are mushy and cheese was burnt. Will never order from here again

I dont know what wrong with this location but whoever is preparing the food needs to be retrained. I order 2 pepperoni 6.99 pizza. literally both pizzas had a total of 10 pepperon’s that you could hardly see because they covered it with cheese. And the crust had no butter garlic that they usually put around the crust of the pizza. This is not how the pizza should be made first of all. SO I made a complaint thru the tracker which then informed me a free pizza will be added to my account in 24 hrs. lol still nothing there. The person who made my pizza is Aracely. Seriously she needs to be retrained and the managers should be over looking each pizza before it is being delivered. Will never return to this location. Imm drive all the way to the west side where the pizzas where flavorful before coming to this location.

Neolin saved the day for my husband and I! We ordered online for pickup and requested to pay in store because we had to split up the pay. But when my husband got there he realized he had the cash but didn’t have his wallet with the debit. My husband was curious if whether not you could pay with cash app like you can with Apple pay. Neolin helped him troubleshoot but sadly couldn’t pay like Apple pay with cashapp at the register but Neolin ended up offering as to send him the money on cash and he would run his card for the difference remaining! This place is good compared to other places that offer delivery, but as far as the quality and taste of the food, there are other options near by that are far superior and worthy of dinning in or going yourself to pick up a to-go order. I like that they offer salads now too. It’s great that they have an online calorie calculator, but much of their food is still loaded with more than a days worth of sodium in one serving, so still not great for those trying to be health conscious.

Went in with my friend they served my friend before me for some reason. Then moved on to another customer before he got to me. I payed online. I asked him where my dip was and he couldn’t hear me so I repeated myself three times because I payed for two garlic dips and he said “It’s in the big box”. When I got home they weren’t there. Food was hot and warm. I just don’t like how dismissed that made me feel.
