I received my pizza on 4/18/23, and I just want to say I am VERY satisfied! Very friendly employees, and the pizza was cooked to perfection. While waiting for my order, I overheard a phone call from another customer complaining about their pizza (they admitted that they had eaten almost all of it before they were saying they were “not satisfied”). It’s a shame how some people will lie to get a refund! Great location

Ordered online then arrived at pickup time 35 minutes later and the food still wasn’t ready. Upon arriving home and tasting it, it tasted like chlorine and my wife is pregnant so that’s a no go maybe rinse or clean whatever better smh terrible experience

So as an employee of this wonderful store I’ve asked the gm and dm for the number to HR but they refuse to provide me with that information so I can put in a complaint against the store for being lied to about raises being lied to about tips that we are supposed to receive each night being lied to about hours and whats going on..they only hire family to be in management because they steal money from the store and they know no one else will put up with this this is why I was passed on being a manager after I was told I would be getting that position… the dm is best friends with this family so it all gets overlooked and the owner knows nothing of whats going on…so If the owner or someone in a position to take a complaint please feel free to get in contact with me

We were there Jan 18th. It has been completely rebuilt. We called the order in ahead of time. They do have limited seating – althought there was about 12 of us for a kids party. There was 2 booths, and 4 other tables that seat 4 (if I’m not mistaken). So small parties would work well. But service was GREAT, the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. We had a pretty loud and rambunctious group.

Arrived to get a carry out order and the front door was locked. Waited until someone saw me, and the man inside pointed at what i thought was another door. There was no other door, at which point he got frustrated and finally pointed at the sign out front and yelled “Pick-up window!!”. There is no sign on the actual ront door instructing anyone to drive around to pick up orders however the sign out front says “pick up window”. That is not directional in anyway. The manager even admitted that “no one ever reads that sign”. I would recommend putting that message elsewhere like the front door, and maybe don’t point and yell things from inside the store.

I am normally a pizza hut fan but I won’t go back to this location. We ordered 2 pizzas and wings. The two pizzas were like a small pizza in the middle of a large crust. The 6 piece big new Yorker was cut like a normal pizza so really not what it was supposed to be. The wings were ordered boneless but were made bone in.

I wanted to express with expletive language, but I will refrain. We came in to order a two topping pizza. Was told 25 minutes, we paid and then waited….. 1 hour and 20 minutes for a pizza to be cooked. Was so annoyed didn’t check the pizza before got home to eat. You can see in the picture what a mess I got. I know this is a locally owned business, I like keeping my money in my community but this is unacceptable better training and quantity management would do this place good.
