The lady there was rude. I tried to ask questions about the pasta and she made it difficult. Like I just wanted the chicken alfreado but instead with marinara sauce instead of alfrado. And she coukdny tell me why I coukdnt get it that way. And then other employee didn’t speak English so it was no help when i asked him cause he lead me back to her. And when I finally got to ask her after a few minutes …she sassed me and gave me attitude so I didn’t even want the food anyone I was ready to leave. But I had already paid. The food was good tho. Dear Pizza Hut on sample near Federal and Pompano Beach Florida, you guys used to have amazing Buttery Golden Crust but the pizza that I had last night keep in mind I had extra beef and extra cheese on the family box Pizza for the kids the cheese was just melted still clumpy and the crust was a pale white undercooked Mass usually and I say usually because it used to be really great buttery crunchy crust pizza but now it’s just a soggy mess the breadsticks were excellent and so were the cinnamon sticks they could have been cooked a bit longer but they were still good but beef and cheese pizza was a total thumbs down do better Pizza Hut I know you’re capable of greatness find it again.3/30/22

I AM DEFINITELY CALLING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT ON THIS LOCATION….VERY NASTY AND WHEN I TOLD THEM ABOUT FINDING A BUG IN FOOD. THEY DIDNT OFFER A REDUND OR ANYTHING!!!! I placed an order 12:47 am for two medium pepperoni pizzas and an orange soda. I was told my order would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I got the the store and the lady was outside with her friends as the smoked hookah. Then she went into the store I went at my set time to get my order she locked the door and started screaming at me that they are closed from inside the store. She then packed up my same orange soda in a plastic bag and grabbed a large pizza as the other employee grabbed my 2 medium pizzas and they walked out the store. I told her I just spoke to her and placed the exact order she was talking home for free. Her response was that her schedule said 1 am. And left with my same order that they stated was cancelled and took my order home for free. I have never been treated like this as a paying customer. Especially when I could have spent my hard earned money anywhere else but I chose to spend it at their store. And to be treated worst than someone asking for something free.
