Great Japanese Restaurant. I called ahead in 5 minutes when I arrived the food was ready. Super quick sevice. The server was nice. Clean restaurant. Simple menus, straight foward. I got the Chiken Bento Box. The portion was huge. . Highly recommended to come here for quick bites and not too expensive at all. Parking is spacious

Super disappointed with the quality and even more so the service today at Fuji Grill. We order from here A LOT, today was the last time. First, the women at the front is rude and lacks any customer service skills. Secondly, and the most annoying, she asked when calling us up to the counter to get our food if we needed anything else. She had given us 2 packets of soy sauce each. I asked for a 3rd and she told me they “only give two and if I want more you have to buy them.” It’s soy sauce! Lastly, the roll tasted like it had been sitting around for awhile and was far from fresh. 2 sub par rolls for $25 and attitude over a soy sauce packet. Save yourself the trip. We won’t be back.

While I do think the food is pricey, considering you can actually make a good bowl at home for a fraction of the price, the idea that you can go out, get a BOUNTY of food, bento box style, and have it to go (hot, ready, without spending grill time) with fresh ingredients is what makes it so awesome to get this as the occasional treat. I’ve always had great staff, the portions are mighty and I’m a big guy with a bigger appetite, and I think a friend and I checked the dollar to content ratio and it definitely beats some of the larger chain Pan-Asian bowl restaurants. I have not had their more traditional rolls, so I can’t say much for that, but their salmon is far surprisingly fantastic and flavorful. Big love to the chain and the teams behind it, you’ve helped my family celebrate some big wins, curb some crummier days, and have always been a welcomed place when the time is right.

A co-worker insisted on going here. $10 for a bowl. All I want is beef and rice – nothing, else. As you see in the order, it is clear marked ONLY BEEF AND RICE! My co-worker comes back with raw meat filled with two types of onions and lots of giant green things. Had to throw it in the trash since it was so raw. Stay away from this place!

Wow! Got the volcano roll… YUMMMMMM! My s.o. ordered the cherry blossom and Washington. The portion for your money is well worth it and he said “that’s really good, the blossom”. Customer service/staff was wonderful! Fortunate enough to have met the owner, who is also the cook and got the chance to speak to him about how he restaurant survived covid. I/we highly recommend anyone who is town to try this restaurant.

I will not be coming back. This is my second encounter with this lady working the front. She is so rude and very unprofessional. She gave me attitude when I kept telling her my name for the order and she would say it wasn’t mine… long story short, it ended up being mine. I won’t come back unless that girl is gone. The customer service sucks! Don’t waste your time and energy on this place.

Called at 11am for an order to be ready at 12 lady got my order she said I’ll be ready. I have limited time for lunch I love their food but sadly their service isnt their. Had to go with out eating because I had no more time for lunch. It is not the first time the first time I thought it was a misunderstanding. I’ve notice this is a patter of lack of attention by the person taking the order.
