Incredibly hit or miss. I come here quite often as it is close to my work and the quality is very inconsistent. When the food is good it is very good but often times the food is old or burnt. This time I got a chicken burrito and the chicken was really burnt and I didn’t receive everything I ordered. I wish I could leave a better review but I am very disappointed

Wanted to sit inside and eat but the music was obnoxious. It’s not bad music, it’s just too loud. We couldn’t have a conversation because we couldn’t hear each other. We ended up eating in our car. Next time we want to sit down to eat we will go somewhere else.

Food is always good and fixed right when u eat in but if u order online they get it wrong. We have orderd 3 times on line and its been wrong every time. Eating in they play the music very loud and its hard to hear them talk to u or u talk at the table. I wear hearing aid and its wsy to loud even when i take them out.

I asked for a simple recept for my payment as I wanted to verify what they charged me for. Cashier advised me she could not give me a receipt. After I questioned that she went and spoke with someone and upon return told me she will bring it out to me. Still never received a receipt and an pretty confident I was overcharged. Note this store is also very dirty. I watched as people stood around behind the counter while the lobby was trashed.

Atmosphere was good. Their receipt printer was broken and the manager figured it out for me to get a receipt. The reps also had overcharged me, but they fixed it apologetically. No complaints there, good learning manager who prioritized the customer. Just the food was disappointing. The ground beef may have been old. This was my first time to any Qdoba, so maybe I just don’t like their flavor but even with all the ingredients together it was super bland. I enjoy Chipotle better, and Qdoba is more expensive. They did have more ingredients than Chipotle, so maybe I need to mix it up more. Hopefully it was just an off day.

This is probably more of a criticism about the shopping center than the restaurant: All 3 the trash cans outdoors of the restaurant were overflowing and blowing garbage everywhere, including the dining patio. So we chose not to eat outdoors. Also the restaurant restrooms were dodgy. The chips were delicious and very fresh and both employees were courteous.
