We were very disappointed after eating dinner at the Annapolis Harbor location. The server was loud and interrupted us several times and also over charged for a glass of wine from the happy hour menu. My plate was sad with a tiny piece of meat and two small scoops of mashed potatoes (cafeteria look). Not presented at all well. No garnish at all.

I visit the establishment last Thursday. It was only about 14 people. I ordered baby back ribs. When the manager brought me my order I said him that these ribs are very very dry He then ask if I wanted some sauce. I said yes. the ribs were so dry I could not Polk thru them with a fork. To serve someone that bad is not good for the customer or the business. Would I recommend this place to anyone NO.

Takeout food was awful. Food was not hot, cooked too hard and very dry. Definitely not freshly cooked, like it was sitting in a warmer. Food looked like they just threw it in the container. Poor presentation. Hostess wasn’t knowledgeable and couldn’t answer my questions. Poor customer service. Would not recommend this location.

Great food, awesome service & a clean establishment. Family-friendly atmosphere located in a great area. This location is great for taking the entire family out or just having a date night, especially with the movie theater right next door. Dinner & a movie has never been better.

We only went in for a cocktail before the movie and were one of two parties inside. The bartender was new but had an excellent personality. He had to look up how to make our two specialty cocktails, but he did so pretty quickly. We explained that we needed our bill since the movie was about to start, and he got us out the door in no time. We didn’t eat, but it sure did smell good in there. I’d go back again. By the time we left, it was filling up, so we made it just in time.

We arrived a few minutes prior to 11am, and the restaurant was opened promptly at 11am. As the first group, we were greeted and seated right away. The Chips and Salsa were complimentary to Fridays Rewards customers. The Cajun Shrimp and Chicken Pasta had a good amount of ingredients. The Sizzling Chicken and Shrimp was served on a hot metal plate. The Kid’s Sliders included two small burgers and many fries. The Oreo Madness came in as two cookies ice cream with sprinkles with strawberries on the side.

TGIF has really gone downhill. The quality of food choices were very limited, and the quality of food was subpar. My brother wanted mashed potatoes, and they didn’t serve mashed potatoes. Fries were dry and overcooked, chicken breast was extremely dry and tough, and there was one salmon option for a salad. No other fish or seafood option was listed on the menu other than shrimp. The shrimp were all very tiny with over salty sauce and rubbery to chew. Everything was overpriced, and I was thoroughly disappointed.

Food is good, service is ok. It’s about what you would expect from a large restaurant chain. Reminds me a lot of Applebees at its peak.

The food was excellent, but I’m writing this review to publicly thank our waiter, whose name is Guy, for running our forgotten credit card out to our car today before we drove off. He took good care of us inside too.
