I am so happy about this restaurant opening in LS. We just moved here and the one downside to the city we found is there was no authentic Mexican food. Their menu is very extensive and you are sure to find something for everyone here! The food tastes fresh and is as authentic as you can get without going to KCK. They have a drive through and lobby to dine-in it appears. I’ve already been twice- once for dinner and once for breakfast. While both were amazing, I highly recommend the breakfast burritos (keep in mind they are HUGE!). I will definitely be frequenting this restaurant on a regular basis- amazing job!

We needed this! A quick service Mexican place with great food is a perfect addition to Downtown LS. We had the Quesabirria and it was delicious. The chips were fresh and the salsa had the perfect level of heat. I also ordered a side of beans that didn’t disappoint.

Had the fried chicken tacos, and let me tell you OH My GOD so good! 1st timers might find the menu overwhelming as there are alot of options. But man, was the food good, awesome, delicious! If you like your sauce hot too, you gotta ask for the very hot stuff. Its Perfect!

My husband and I grabbed dinner tonight and tried Abelardo’s for the first time. We ordered a bean and cheese burrito, chicken enchilada, and a beef taco. The burrito was enough for two and amazing. The enchilada and taco were also amazing. The price was very reasonable. We will definitely be back to try other things and will recommend to friends and family.

Beef tacos tasted like canned dog food. Chicken tacos tasted good but were a liquid mess and we had to swap out the tortillas at home. I ended up with food poisoning, confirmed by eating leftovers the next day. Service was pretty quick and friendly and the Taco Tuesday deal is really good. I was excited for a new taco place, but I won’t be going back.
