Got $35 worth of food. Drove home and my bun on my burger was charred black. Like not just a little. Called to complain, which they would have said come get a different one. Not worth my time and effort or gas. Do better please. And if you’re gonna “make it right” with the customer. Atleast make it worth it.

I had a mixed experience at Burger King. The food was decent, with the signature flame-grilled flavor that sets them apart. However, the service was slow and disorganized, with long wait times and mistakes in my order. The cleanliness of the restaurant also left something to be desired. There were only two employees working at noon. We waited for 20 minutes and no one waited on us. The employee said she’d be with us momentarily and proceeded to take about 6-8 drive thru orders. Had a horrible experience ordered. My food sat in the drive-through for 30 minutes had to go inside. Food was wrong. People weren’t even working. They were just standing there, and my order is still wrong. Bags were piled on the counter, and the drive-through was completely full and people were having to go in I think you guys need to get new employees I’m very upset as I ordered for 6 kids and 2 adults and not everyone got to eat. This was a birthday lunch gone wrong! Horribly wrong!! And to top it off when I went in the workers acted like it was no big deal! What the heck is wrong with your business!

Stopped on our way through town and was appalled at how nasty this place was. Right off the bat the card machine had fly feces all over the buttons and several Flys. The floor and seats/tables looked like they haven’t been cleaned in quite a while. No ice, pop machine doesn’t mix properly so sodas were pretty much no good. Very unpleasant experience overall.

Burger King did not give a clear statement that they were out of the ingredients to make my food. I called and all they told me was that they couldn’t make it. Not that they didn’t have the ingredients. On top of that one of the workers was the most disrespectful people i have ever spoken with. She was very rude towards my door dasher while he was trying to find out if i could have a different meal. In future I will not be eating here again.

They didn’t have a lot of the drinks they were supposed to sell and everything just tasted nasty. I have the spicy chicken sandwich and it was disgusting. I will never ever go back to Burger King on 10th Ave., South in Great Falls in Montana.

The staff was very efficient and kind however….. I got a Dr Pepper that tasted horrible! It tasted like a mix of a bunch of different sodas so I’m unsure if I actually received the wrong drink or if they just REALLY need to clean their soda fountain because that was disgusting I had to dump it at home because it was so bad

Horrible. We order a plain whopper..I checked before leaving the drive through. Or so I thought. Got home and the burger had mayonnaise which had been scraped off. Went back got a plain whopper with cheese. Only to find out mine was made incorrect as well! No cheese and no mayo or ketchup. Ugh!! I AM NOT going back again
