This was my first time to Jack in the Box. The restaurant and service were fine — no complaints. I ordered a classic burger and did not care for it. The meat is way too greasy and I didn’t like the garlic sauce at all.

The staff have been rude at this location several times. Once when ordering they greeted us with “what do you want?”. They were so rude during that particular ordering that we left the drive thru. I love jack in the box, but we never eat here because of the staff. We live very close by so thats a shame.

Pulled up to the drive thru at 9:10 and ordered a bacon cheeseburger. Was told there was no meat prepped and the grill was shut down. Then tried to order an Oreo Shake. Was told “we close in like less than an hour, so we don’t really have anything right now.” Apparently they don’t serve food for the last hour they’re open. Incredible stuff.

Don’t do it. Disgusting food. I ordered the spicy chicken combo no tomatoes and curly fries. The sandwich was cold and had tomatoes on it, didn’t even get the curly fries instead there was a container of oil soaked cold plain potato wedges for some reason. Also ordered a 3 piece jalepeno they were so burnt and hard I couldn’t eat them. Lastly I got the loaded curly fries, opened the container and there are regular fries all cold and hard with a chunk of cold cheese and sauce on top. Worst Jbox I’ve ever had.

I don’t know what’s happened to Jack in the Box anymore, but ive just been really disappointed in every aspect of it. Ive given them three more chances to win me back. All three of those times i ws thoroughly let down by the customer service, speed, cost and quality of food. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Jack in the Box.

Asked for the Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger with only mayo, onion and tomatoes at the register… got mustard, ketchup. Went back to the counter, asked for a bun only mayo, onion and tomatoes… got a plain bun and box with pickles, lettuce and onions. Took the whole tray back to the counter, asked for a bun with mayo, onions and tomatoes (looking at all three employees)… one worker repeated what I wanted back to me three times, the cashier walked away and the grill person had to go cut tomatoes. I repeated myself just in case… mayo, onions and tomatoes. After about three more minutes, finally got what I asked for. Luckily the meat was still warm. The one time I decide to go to a fast food restaurant and sit down inside, and it’s all just jacked-up. By the way… no manager in sight. WTH JACK!!
