This McDonald’s over the last six months has been consistently delayed in their delivery of food and substandard in their food products, I would not recommend this location. It doesn’t matter if you go through a drive-through or mobile order app all methods of ordering from this McDonald’s result in delay / failure. It is recommend corporate McDonald’s to investigate management and their practices

I visited the Jay McDonald’s and it was very busy, the drive thru was backed out to the road and the lobby was filled with waiting customers and a gentleman complaining about his order. At this very busy time I assume the store or shift manager takes someone to discuss there performance. So inappropriate and unprofessional in a busy lobby. The manager at this time thought it was more important to have a discussion then to take care of the flury (see what I did there) of customers. I frequently get parked getting 1 double cheese burger…this place has gone way down hill and my visits are becoming less and less

As an employee of Mc Donald’s I understand that prices could be high. A 10 piece nugget and a buffalo bacon signature crafted sandwich was $12, but with minimum wage at $9/hour there isn’t much to do about it. But I didn’t become a local guide to talk about the minimum wage in Maine and how it causes prices to rise. Besides I got it free anyways because it’s the holiday season. Me and a friend got some food. Both got large fries and drinks. She got 10 chicken nuggets and I got the aforementioned Buffalo bacon sandwich. The nuggets were really good. I prefer them to my own store. The fries where a nice dark shade of gold but the taste wasn’t as good as I’d like. They tasted a little older than they should. The staff here was suoer friendly though which is something I find very important, and the wait time was only a couple minutes. As for my buffalo sandwich, there was some lettuce in the bottom of the box, which usually happens anyways but I think close to a quarter of the lettuce I got was sitting at the bottom of the box, not on my sandwich. But nothing too bad. There also could have been more blue cheese and buffalo sauce on it. The chicken was really good though. Overall I give the sandwich a 4/5. Fries get a 2.7. Chicken nuggets get a 4.5 and something worth mentioning is that, unlike Farmington, Jay still has the fantastic Hi-C which gets a 5/5. I am certain this is not my last visit to this store. Good job, Jay.
