Love this place! Food is so good and they are so nice. Staff is quick too, even when it’s really busy I never wait more than 10-15 minutes. There is indoor and outdoor seating, both of which are nice and clean. Really recommend this spot for lunch anytime

I ordered delivery .. ordered a gluten free turkey sub .. they didn’t have the bread .. so they sent it with a hand full of turkey in a box with olives and peppers (which wasn’t correct either) I paid almost 16 dollars for a hand full of turkey. I called the store they said sorry not our problem call Uber for a refund. Call Uber and they say they had nothing to do with that.they shouldn’t have sent it and gave a refund . Firehouse subs shouldn’t have sent it either way and they told not there problem. Will never order or go to firehouse again..to the owner. You should get some people that care around there. ..look at the pic .. does that look like 16 bucks?

Today i ordered the brisket sandwish, in wheat bread. I eat thjis sandwish all the time here and everywhere firehouse is, i have to say that today the bread was completly old and fermented, and the meat was 99 porcent fat and I think that was old or poorly preserved. Also very cold everything .. I had the feeling that i was eating something bad.. before leave the place i talked with the two guys on duty there. My worst expecience ever in this place… and I showed them almost all the sandwish that i couldnt even eat

This review is not about the food , it is about the hands that prepare it. There was no soap in the ladies restroom. When brought to the attention of the manager the response should have been “thank you for letting me know, we will tale care of that right now” instead it was oh, well, it requires a key…” no concern shown- won’t be back

This location used to be the best. Firehouse subs are still tasty but the new owners had big shoes to fill and they unfortunately have missed the mark in service and quality. You’ll be lucky if the last few bites of your sandwich are anything but bread. Hopefully they get this spot back on track soon.

I had very horrible service today. Two male workers was extremely rude to me. I requested sliced bread for my sandwich. Instantly one male worker rolled his eyes and the other one snapped at me ” we only have 2 kinds of bread only we don’t have sliced”! So I told them I don’t want anything. When I turned to leave what did I see the bread that they did not have. WOW!!! I took a picture and left. I love Firehouse and I frequent them a lot in different places but today’s service was the worst I’ve ever dealt with! If they were having a bad day it shouldn’t have been taken out on me. Thanks to them I had no lunch only anger. The sad part the one that rolled his eyes made my sandwich with sliced bread before. I hope they don’t treat everyone like this.
