Prompt and polite service, but surprisingly disappointing food during the buffet brunch. Dry French toast, flavorless salads, & spongy omlettes were commonplace. The stars during brunch were their roast beef, cheese & crackers, and the bread & chive butter

Ate here during my stay at the Mimslyn Hotel. The restaurant is very quaint right up my alley. Staff was incredibly nice and did a great job catering to their guests. I personally loved the beef tips -wish there were more mushrooms but the beef was good. And the French Onion soup was amazing hands down my favorite item! I also tried the Stuff portabella and I think it would have been great but it lack salt on the collards and the brie did not cover the mushroom looked like it slid off to one side so that side was amazing while the other was a little blan. But I’d try it again!

My wife were visiting SNP for our anniversary and wanted to have a nice dinner. Circa 31 did not disappoint. We both had the meatloaf and neither of us are really big red meat but wow was it great! The service was spectacular and the desserts were too! We probably won’t be back in the area any time soon but if and when we are we’ll certainly return.

We were visiting Luray and Circa ’31 delivered excellent service and absolutely delicious meal. The chef made the best Jager schnitzel I have had outside of touring Austria. Our server was amazing, and the Mimslyn Inn is a beautiful old hotel.

Food and service was excellent we would definitely go back. We had the duck empinadas and butternut squash ravioli and shrimp they both were better then expected. The inn is gorgeous as well which they didn’t mind us roaming about. We would of loved to have a beef option on the menu but understand why it isn’t. Recommend having a reservation although they did fit us in without one.
