I should have gone to Wendy’s for a frosty! It would have been much thicker. I ordered a snickers blizzard and the consistency was that of a shake. I asked the boy who served me what happened that my blizzard was melted. He turned it over quickly to show it was fine. But it wasn’t. I could have used a straw to drink it instead of the spoon I got. I had to freeze it at home before I could eat it. My husband got a chocolate malt and his was the consistency of chocolate milk.

This place has slowly been going downhill. We stopped going for a while. Figured we would try it again. Unfortunately it was a less then impressive experience again. They were out of multiple products. Took an excessive amount time for dried up burgers, cold hotdogs and cheese curds that had an off taste. Parking was good though. Empty lot at noon so that was handy.

Don’t go in the evening!!! A complete difference between day crews and night crews. Day shift gets food out quick and fresh. Night crew you can wait up to 45 to get cold food and melted ice cream. Employees were fighting loudly last time I was here.

We’ve eaten our favorite ice cream treats at various Dairy Queens, but this particular store takes the “cake” on the flavor!! We ordered frozen hot chocolate (personal favorite!), cherry misty freeze, chocolate malt, and dish of chocolate soft serve. Yummy! The gals at the drive-thru window were very nice and professional!

Placed a mobile order for 2 mini blizzards, 1 small, and a hot fudge sundae at 8:30, and waited a few minutes to drive into town as they said it would be ready by 8:45. I got there at 8:44. My order hadn’t even been started. The sundae came out first, sat there and melted until the order was finished at 8:58. While I waited several other people that came in after I did received their orders for ice cream treats before I did. Some were the same items on my order. Needless to say the sundae was completely melted by the time I got home. Do better Dairy Queen!!

I came thru just for some pretzel bites and I didn’t get queso so I wasted 4 dollars for nothing because I only get pretzel bites for the dip so there’s not a chance I was gonna eat them I tried the sauce I did get and it was ranch I was so disgusted. I tried calling over several times and nobody awnsered or I would have just gone an gotten queso. But they can’t awnser.

Our family came in to sit down and eat. There were some nice employees. However the manager or person in charge (short blonde hair, middle aged woman) was screaming at her staff. There was one tall boy who was sweet. He asked the lady to stop talking to him that way respectfully and she continued to yell saying “stop talking and start cleaning” where is the basic respect? Is that so hard to treat other people with kindness. Now I understand if they continuously do not comply with the requirements of the job however the boy was helping out in drive. He was unable to “scrub the base boards” as the woman requested. I’m appalled that managers get to treat their employees like this.

It is so cold in this place you need a parka and then you walk outside into the heat and it’s instant headache for me! I’ve stopped several times when in Aberdeen and it’s ALWAYS frigid inside! I LOVE the food and it is always delicious but you shiver while eating!

I placed a mobile order. Got there 5 minutes before set time, called to tell them I was there. I was told it would be out as soon as they could. 15 minutes after the stated pickup time, I was still waiting. I called again. This time I was told she would check on it, at which time I said I wanted to hold so I knew what was going on. She came back on the line to say she had it all lined up and just had to get her employee to bring it out. I waited another couple minutes before I finally received my order.
