He decided to get the American Classic and I decided to get the Banana & Bourbon Caramel Pudding French Toast, with the help of waiter to help me decide because I was really in between the choices! Our favorite go-to for breakfast! Hands down this place is no competition to the rest. It wouldn’t be fair. The chorizo hash with the scrambled eggs on top…..perfection of flavor combos, textures and looks sooooo yummy! The Mister always gets the banana bourbon French toast. Great food, great staff, and amazing chef! Never been disappointed in the 4 years we’ve been coming here. We’re so glad we don’t live too close anymore. We’d spend all our money here if we did. Lol!

This food is so good I had to stop eating to make a review. Everything is so good, it seems to be made from scratch, hence the name. They have the best whipped cream I have ever tasted in my life, even the strawberry preserves were rop notch. Their home fries are to die for! To top it off, it’s reasonably priced, and I have no complaints. It’s great service too. I will definitely be back.

Scratch is a dance after every bite kind of place. A restaurant where you have to tell yourself to slow down because you want to eat everything in one bite. A restaurant you almost don’t want to leave a positive review because you don’t want it to get too busy. I haven’t had any main here yet that wasn’t amazing. Get the pork belly over the sausage.

Super small breakfast place! Food is pretty decent and has a nice portion. All the young staff here seem to be enjoying their work and are friendly as well as hard working. We ordered buritos because the notes say that when we get them, the restaurant will donate something to a children organization. Pretty neat.

A local gem!! Small place and small menu but big yummy! Don’t let small stop you from getting an absolute glorious breakfast! They did their Compassion burrito for me with potatoes since I have a gluten allergy and OH MAN was it delicious. Stopped by while passing through from Chicago to Philadelphia car trip and I am glad I stopped. Service was very friendly, clover waiting system makes it very easy to wait comfortably in your car or at benches and tables outside as this place has a wait for peak breakfast hours. Thoroughly cleaned tables after each diner. A unexpected but great breakfast while passing through. For traditional with a twist, check out Scratch. Love supporting local, small businesses!!!
