I came to this Dunks for the first time today…I normally go to the West Newton Spot…no hate to any situation that is short staffed, been there 1000% and it sucks. But I didn’t have to take a gamble on waiting 30 min if the efficient/solid people aren’t there.

The manager was decent but the other employee’s have minimal work ethic. The place was dirty. Crumbs everywhere. I ordered and waited about 6 minutes for two frozen coffee’s two sandwiches and hash browns. Only got the two coffee’s. Waited another 6 minutes for sandwiches with 3 customers in the building. No drive-thruVery poorly put together. Left when we got the food and the Food wasn’t even hot. Worst experience of my life. Didn’t eat food. Waste.

Absolute worst Dunkin ever. I waited in line for 10 min because the cook lied about putting sweet bp bacon on some guys sandwich and you could clearly tell it wasn’t the Chinese lady has no idea what she is doing. Yelling at staff can’t understand a word she says both the workers seemed new. I finally got to order and the kid making my coffee sets it down behind the screen instead of handing me it so I can fly back to work. And to top it off the coffee wasn’t even hot.

The manager/owner ling verbally abuses her employees regularly, and customers as well. She is beyond rude and pushy- never thought ordering a coffee would be so hard. She may as well run the store herself since she is constantly criticizing how her employees are doing things even when they seem to run the store more smoothly when she isn’t there. Basically a good store location, and most of the employees are great. But when Ling is working it is quite the battle to get myself to even go inside

Living fairly close to this location it is very convenient to hit this DnD on a regular basis. The food and coffee is always good. It is the service that is lacking. The Manager is rude and short with their employees. I have arrived shortly after their opening several times and the Manager is running around because an employee didn’t show up. Seeing how they are treated, I can see why retention could be an issue. The Manager is in such a hurry to get customers through the line that they often forget to give you parts of the order (eg. donuts) and I find myself having to remind them constantly. Due to convenience I will return to this location but hope the Manager reads some of these reviews and makes some changes.
