This location is pretty consistently on the struggle bus. Today I ordered some loaded fries, waited 15 minutes in the drive thru just to get to the window and be told they were out check chicken tenders at 5:30pm on a Sunday. How did they not know this 15 min prior when I was ordering? So, I ended up with a $2.50 coke. I had to order a medium bc they said they don’t have small. So, I wonder why there is a smaller cup I the pop out holder right under the medium cups? I just wish this location didn’t have so many issues.

I ordered and paid online, but I still had to wait in the drive-through line. I got to the window and was told there’s no more salads. I requested my money back; it was only then that they realized I had already ordered. Fried pickles were too greasy. The chicken sandwich was dried out and small. Salads were just okay, nothing special. Nuclear sauce was ordered but left out of the order. The French fries were cold.

This is the most ratchet ghetto location ever. They are always out of stuff. They don’t listen, They NEVER get orders right and they charge you for extra but don’t give you the extra. The chicken has a weird taste to it like they are frying it in old grease or something. They may or may not put the seasoning on the fries. This location needs new management and revamp asap!

Employees out here flirting with other employees and stand around doing nothing. You have one job, to communicate the correct orders to whoever’s making the food. Do better.

Worst experience ever in Zaxbys. General manager Luna or Nuna was so rude and she couldn’t handle the back. Took forever and after that wrong food, when I asked she said she’s gonna change it but I need to wait another 10 min because they don’t have grill chicken and rudely ask I can give your money back. Also when I gave my original recipe to her she denied to give it back to me and she said she need to keep it. Worst experience zero star!!!

This is fairly close to my house so I go here often. My order is always wrong when done through the drive through. Tenders not tossed in sauce when asked. Extras not put into bag when asked. I wouldn’t be upset about these but they do charge for the added extras so of course I’d like what I paid for. I suggest checking your bag in the drive through just to make sure.
