This was my first visit to this location. Terrible and slow service. My fries were served old and burned, but not just my meal but everyone’s meal in my party of 4. I was so disappointed as I like Arby’s food, generally speaking. Drive thru took more than 15 minutes. SMH.

Almost always the food is fresh, the restaurant clean. The last couple of visits seems like the cheese sticks are fried twice, extra greasy not so fresh but that’s not the norm.
