Just pick this order up! This is a mess! Nothing but lettuce, cheese, tomato! Hardly any meat. Didn’t get a picture of the chicken Chalupa’s. They are very small. Had to go back to the store after pulling off because I was missing two of them. I went against my own judgment because I had to stop going to Taco Bell but my kids wanted it. I spent $54 on absolutely nothing. Will not be back!!!

I had placed a mobile order while staying at the hotel next door and got the notification that my order was ready. I walked over and waited 20 minutes for my order. It was fine until I got back to my hotel room and found that they hadn’t labeled anything and the food was cold.

Ordered breakfast today and to be honest, the food was not seasoned and lacking in flavor. I ordered extra sauce and cheese but they barley put any cheese in it as well as sauce so it just dry and so bland I felt Like I was going to puke. The portions was amazing though but what’s the point of a am crunch wrap filled with food if it tastes gross? This location does well for the regular food but not breakfast. The only Taco Bell I’ve been to whose breakfast is actually good is the calera location. Well seasoned and portioned every time.

I placed an online order from the parking lot because I had several items to special order. They didn’t see the order, even after I came in and asked about my order being ready. I asked of it would be faster to cancel the online order and order at the counter and the cashier wasn’t sure. I do not recommend ordering online.

I ordered the chicken power bowl in the drive through today. When I arrived home I saw the beans were missing and it was loaded with rice! It’s not the same! I should have been informed there were no beans, so that I could have made the decision on how to spend my money!

On top of the food not being hot (as you can see the cheese isn’t even melted) we were stopped from pulling forward when we got close to window I guess because they didn’t want the timer going. This place needs to get it together.

I often go there after I get off late at night. And always order basically same thing each night. Combo 6, 2 chicken chalupas with a soft taco SUPREMES. Time after time when I get my food the they would make the t taco lol like a meximelt. And always forget the sour cream, lettuce and pico-de-gallo sauce.

Employee came out while we were ordering, and told us they were closed. Mind you the door was open and we were already ordering on the kiosk. He proceeds to say drive thru only, we explained that we were in a semi truck and that is why we couldn’t go through there, could they not just take our order and we would even walk around the drive thru. He replies with no and locks us out of the building. This is the rudest establishment, and I would recommend whoever delivers to them, stop, and let them transport their own product since they don’t want to serve the ones who drive the trucks! If I could rate this place a zero I would, but since I can’t the BBB can handle it from here!
