It’s not like I go here for the customer service just convince but they have terrible customer service. So rude and unhappy to paying customers. They couldn’t even get a Sausage McMuffin and Hash Brown order right (missing hash brown) with a practically empty dinning room. Standing around with their arms crossed. Not even saying a word back when I had to go back in for my missing item. Management witnessing all of this and un-phased. Try harder or get a different job if you’re so unhappy working in fast food. No need to to be rude to people who are being nice to you and understand your line of work can be difficult. Second experience of this happening at this location.

Just another run of the mill McDonald’s locations – nothing in particular in need of highlighting in a positive or negative light. The food tasted exactly as one can expect, the service was on par for the chain, and the restaurant itself seemed clean enough. The drive through is plenty fast if you’re in a rush.

I ordered on the app, where it has me pay. Went in, and they told me that the item was unavailable and I had to cancel it. There is no way to cancel it on the app. I called their customer service and they told me they can’t do anything. The local fraclnchise owner would have to reach out. Now I wanted My lunch break, and wasted more time on calls all to hopeni get refunded and still no food. Terrible customer service all around by McDonald’s
