We are sister restaurant to CUBA CUBA in the golden triangle opened in 2001 as well as all CUBA CUBA’s located throughout Denver metro & Castle Rock.
We’re known for our delicious Cuban bread and have made it available by the loaf. Our 12 hour marinated and roasted pork will have you licking your fingers. We’ve introduced Highland Ranch to Cuban coffee and find that guests go out of their way for a shot of espresso.

The portion sizes for takeout have gotten ridiculous. Tiny portions of chicken on the sandwich leaving mostly bread and condiments. Small chicken portion for the chicken plate. A minimal amount of hearts of palm in the salad making it feel like a lot of lettuce with crunchy plantains on top.

Love the food at Cuba Cuba but our last take out order SUN 11/27/2022 was disappointing. As found when arrived home the side order slaw cup was less than 1/2 full & the side order of beans were less than 3/4 full. Definitely not Cuba’s usual portions. As for the lime mojito the mint leaves (my favorite) were 1/2 the usual portion amount which affected the expected taste. Maybe SUN is not a choice night to go to Cuba Cuba?

Family was a group of 8 we tried other places, but because of our large group waiting time-consuming was over 45 mins. So we when to CUBA, and we were greeted by Server and were able to be seated we enjoyed the food and services. We eventually order Cuban goodies to go.
