I had 2 bad experiences at the drive up window. 2 nights in a row first night. I go up there in the voice at the box. Didn’t understand what I wanted or would not take my coupon and I had to go to the window then I get to the window and she said that will be 1495 I said what I said I haven’t even ordered anything yet and then that’s when the big attitude came in? Very easy to recognize, she looked like a drag Queen period so the next night we went again and probably and had that basically the same problem. I wanted to do a Togo order inside and the dinning room was closed , So I had to use the drive through so pursue to the drive through I started to place my order and let the person know that was taking 2 separate orders and she tells me that I cannot because they are short staffed and they are only taking 1 order at a time because they are short staffed but I can got around the drive through 2 times , mind you there was nobody in the drive through but me and I have to go around 2 times for me to make 2 orders is beyond me. This place is only good when the right people serve your food 4/18/23 at 11:00pm had the worst service in two years the lady gave me my food and my drink was wrong I let her know and she had the biggest attitude. I order online all the time from here but it gets worse every time. I ordered a double bacon egg cheese sandwich combo & a sausage egg cheese sandwich combo. First, both sandwiches said sausage egg & cheese. I go back to the store & they tell me it was labeled wrong so I open it to see & there’s a squished up sandwich in the wrapper. It had 3 half slices of bacon on it. I ask the worker if this is a double bacon egg cheese sandwich combo that I paid extra for & he says yes. I said, look at it, does that look like a double bacon egg cheese sandwich? It’s so small. He said that’s what they tell me. I complained about how disappointed I was & he did nothing! I will try to find the corporate number to call because this is sad that I paid extra for a sandwich & it was very disappointing & they did nothing about it!
