,I ordered freshly cooked sandwiches and I received cold poorly prepared food. I asked for no cheese on the new steak burger, there was cheese. The chicken sandwich drenched with mayo and it taste old and was cold. The third sandwich or original roast beef sandwich was cold too. I was very disappointed.

The fries were just dumped into the bag. The drink with the meal was small and forced to buy 2nd drink at window due to refuse to upgrade. Asked for Arby’s sauce and received none. No one wants to eat a dry roast beef sandwich. Have not had Arby’s in years and probably will now be years before I eat there again. I called and was told nothing could be done unless I came back for a refund. I had already drove 20 minutes out of the way for this meal. Now I’m just out $20+

You look what. I sawde the commercial about the fish and Chip. Decided to give it a try. I asked the server for some tartar sauce. Never got it. The fish and chips was disgusting. Never go to Arby’s again. Totally wasted $12.00

Several times recently I did not get what I ordered at the drive thru. Didn’t know until I got home. I called and they said there was nothing they could do unless I came back for a refund. They didn’t care at all about the mistake and complete lack of good service. Would not recommend.

The food was not what I ordered. The speaker was broken so nearly impossible to hear and it tasted off. They gave me crinkle cut fries ( which were yuck) and overall not great experience.

the Arby’s in Cary needs to be torn down and rebuilt. it needs new management and completely new staff. the company that owns it, fires good manager for doing his job, and trying to make the store better.

Im sorry but my cashier was about as welcoming as 6 year old gum. Never said hello, barely made eye contact, still hasn’t smiled. But l blame mgmt, because noone said anything for the 2 minutes l looked at the menu. She may be new, she may be shy, but thats mgmt job to recognize and address. My food was good and hot. But l still prefer a live person instead of the cold kiosk at McDonald’s.

My last visit! Last two weeks a order the beef and cheddar and when I get back to my office, there is more cheese outside the sandwich than inside making it very sloppy and difficult to eat. Very careless and won’t waste my money any longer. They should know better.
