The drive thru lady was so rude no matter how nice I was to her. Then I pull up to the window & a guy throws my bag of food at her, it falls on the floor. She hands it to me & says here ya go. Food was cold. Blueberry lemonade was the greatest. But service here SUCKS

The employees conveniently shut the system down early at night so you can’t order food up to 30 minutes before they close. They blame it on the system so they can shut down early and leave for the night. Like most Orangeburg fast food restaurants the service is marginal at best. Drive right by the entire town if you are looking for customer service.

This location has gone down over time. Need better staff. The staff are rude and unprofessional. I stopped going because of the service. As for the food, it’s good but some Items on the menu unavailable everytime I would visit.

The wife picked up a wagu burger, So I can’t comment on the service or the atmosphere. But I do know wagu when I taste it, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that Arby’s would follow up on their promise for such a high quality sandwich.

People just don’t care about thebf99d anymore. My mom’s meat for her sandwich was warmed in a microwave, fries tasted like they were fried in old grease, and the chicken salad was DRY!

The fact that they cannot take more than 1 order per car at the window is disappointing. I have worked in Fast Food for over 4 years and have had the ability to take more than 1 order per car at the window. Other than that… the food was fresh. The time spent at the drive thru was longer than anticipated.

The Young Lady on the drive thru mic was so disrespectful and rude. Had to wait awhile, then when my MOTHER -Keyword Mother said excuse me, I’m ready. The girl came in the mic Loud and said ” Hold on Sir I’ll take your order in a sec. My patient, peaceful, beautiful mother simply said… Okay, thank you. She didn’t say Excuse you, You can clearly hear that I’m a Woman. Then 5yrs later The Girl came back and heard the same voice place the order oh so politely. When we got to the window, she looked me dead in the face with Attitude, and still didn’t apologize to my mother who she could obviously see at this point for calling her a man. Now, my mother didn’t allow me to say anything to The Girl. Out of respect and I mean respect, She didn’t get it. No one disrespects my mom. Of course my mom thru in the Lord, and on that note. I’m going to leave the ignorance where it is. This place is the worst. I’ve had a whole meal paid for and never received it, and now the usual nasty customer service. Is it ever going to get any better people. Be Blessed & Stay Careful

DO NOT ORDER THE LEMONADE from the Orangeburg ( near KFC) Arby’s. I ordered on Friday, gave me an instant stomach ache. Tasted BITTER & SOUR. SOUR, as in spoiled. I tried calling the manager to let him know he needs to throw it in the trash. Phone rang sevetsl times, but no answer.
