The remodel here is very nice, and there are some perks, advantages, and disadvantages to having the kiosk option depending on the person and their comfort level. It’s Introvert friendly, but for an extrovert, the lack of customer service may be a slight turnoff. Unless that’s only because workers aren’t showing up for their shifts. The kiosk is nice to go in, order, and pay with limited social interaction, but the wait time is longer to receive your order.

Been going here for 3 years. Tired of the lack of consistency this location has. The food is never fresh, how they stack the ingredients in the burgers are a mess & smoothies/ frozen drinks are always 1 INCH lower than full (why am I paying extra for a large?) Why are the doors locked during regular business hours? I see the workers standing around in the cashier area while they avoid eye contact in opening the door..

Went inside as the drive through was PACKED. All I wanted was a large caramel frappe. There was only 1 customer at the counter being helped by a worker. The customer was obviously having issues with the app. I stood there waiting for almost 25 minutes and the worker never once acknowledged me. It would’ve been nice to say “One moment ma’am, I’ll be with you shortly” or even just take my short order then continue helping the lady with the app. I cleared my throat and she looked right into my face and still never acknowledged me. I am very disappointed in how bad the customer service was. I walked out and will not return to that McDonald’s. I don’t know if she treated me this way because I am black, but I definitely felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed there.

Why I give this place chance after chance, im not sure anymore. I promise today will be the last time I spend money at this location. To have to drop over $10 on 1 sh!t burger meal, atleast have the decency to give people what they PAY for. In a world where everything in price has gone up. Including these $hit fast food places, patrons deserve to get what they pay. Previous occasions I was sent off with half orders & wrong orders. I’m just over it now.. No thanks. DO better.

Was a bit nervous coming here after some of the negative reviews. The service was wonderful (workers were very polite and friendly), and the food tasted pretty fresh.
