Wow, I live in the neighborhood and normally eat at the Ramen place next-door. Some of the best Ramen in Sherman Oaks. Tonight I was looking forward to some thing else so I decided to try out this Poke place. I ordered a very basic bowl I do Paleo so I’m not fussy lettuce and fish that’s it so my order easily took two minutes to make but I have to say the staff makes any place and the staff was terribly rude. I felt like I was at some mall fast food joint, the Tuna was slimy…I didn’t say anything, but frankly I should’ve taken it back to those very rude people behind the counter. What happened to good old customer service where people said hello, thank you and goodbye. I will not come back here. Bad fish, bad service. No thank you…especially with all the other good restaurants in this courtyard area.

I love this place I eat here often, great selection of fish and seafood, I love how they mix it in a bowl and add the sauce not too many Poke places do this that is why I come back here often. Friendly staff. Sometimes issues finding parking otherwise good food highly recommend.

Good little poke place. It helps a lot that it’s a nice short walk from my apartment. Not the best, but definitely not the worst.

Servings are very filling. It’s one of the few poke places I would eat dinner at, because most poke places feel like a light lunch. I got a large 4 scooper for $13.95. Mediums and smalls have 3 scoops of fish and 2, respectively, and are incrementally $2 cheaper. Here, you get an option of white/brown rice, chips, salad, or combination of 2. The fish is good enough, toppings are standard, but unlike a lot of places they also have tamago (they call it sweet egg) and their fried onions are actually onion tempura. Their fried garlic are actually full slivers of garlic. This place also serves cooked food, which is great if you’re bringing someone that doesn’t do raw fish. They have bulgogi (Korean marinated beef), spicy pork, chicken, unagi, and pan fried garlic butter shrimp. We ordered the bulgogi, and it was good. Obviously we had to wait a few minutes but nothing too long. Overall a good experience.

This place is absolutely amazing! It’s our go to place at work, we work in the building next door and we’re always craving Poké. I personally always go for the small and am satisfied at the end but most get the medium that lets you chose 3 fish and of course it’s a little bigger. Really great place and I recommend you to try.

This place had pretty good flavoring; unfortunately, it was lacking in customer service pricing seemed just a wee bit higher than its competitors. If price is going to be more, there needs to be something that makes it justifiable–excellent customer service or more protein. Can’t have less protein and have a higher price than a competitor.

I went to eat at this place and asked to add extra fried onions She added a lot, as if she brought fried onions from the whole garden for us. You get your moneys worth.
