Nasty manager named natasha was a terrible person to me . She yelled at the top of her lungs at me for leaning on the counter to tie my shoe. Mind you this is after waiting 20 min for a small black coffee that I NEVER got . Im sorry . You can’t treat people nasty . It’s not right . It’s wrong . She should be absolutely ASHAMED of herself . I have worked in food 10 years ans would never raven dream of treating another human being this way. She’s running away in the pics because she KNOWS she’s nasty person. Awful .

So angry, I ordered my food and coffee from this location and when my driver went to pick it up they handed her a bag, the bag was supposed to be coffee and food items but instead they had used a defective cup and coffee spilt everywhere, the food was not edible and soggy. I am so disappointed. Instead of remaking the order, they instead let the food go soggy, and take my money. I’m so upset. Never ordering from here again. Ridiculous service

Went to this location this morning 09Jul23 for breakfast for me and the wife. I ordered from the drive thru a chicken bacon croissant, a lrg hot coffee, a lrg sweet tea, and a cheese sandwich with bacon (in which I wanted roasted tomatoes on, but they didn’t carry that item anymore). So when I get to the window, paid, and received my order, they didn’t have the chicken croissant in the bag. So I ordered it again. I pulled up, and waited for my order. I received the order and went home which is 5 miles away. Give my wife what was supposedly a chicken croissant, unwrapped it, and it was some nasty chopped chicken wrap that I didn’t order for her. I hate going to a fast food place and a person trying to tell what I want, I wanted to change the grilled cheese to another item, and the lady acted like it was a problem. I understand fast food, did it for years as a kid, I know the line was out to the road, but we’re still customers that want what we order, not what you feel we want.

Who doesn’t like Dunkin.. The hot coffee is good.. Many flavors and ways to have it.. I went the other day and ordered the new chicken grilled pepper wrap for $5.00 it’s was not good.. It was hot for two bites after that it was ice cold.. Couldn’t return do to a previous task at hand tried calling and guess what the number was disconnected.. .. Like what establishment number is off.. I called another one and they didn’t know the new number or a number cause their franchise.. It shouldn’t matter you should still have each other numbers.. I guess that’s just my thinking.. You can take a chance at any restaurant but when paying money you should get hot food if it’s suppose to be hot and have a working number..

Terrible experience. Will be seeking out management after this as well. As I pulled up to the drive through window (with 3 kids in the car), NATACHA opened the window cussing out someone on her phone. Never even greeted me, just handed a drink to me and took my gift card. I had to ask for the gift card back (which still had $4.00 balance) and she still didn’t say a word to me, just rolled her eyes, handed it back and shut the door. I had to sit there and wait for her to open the door again to ask for my receipt. Her words, “You still sitting here, WHY?” SO RUDE. I tried to explain that I was disappointed with the service but she just shut the door on me again. AND my drink order was WRONG. Wouldn’t dare go back through that line again for fear she’d spit in my drink!

Natasha the manager does not know how to run a crew…during the week it’s never an issue but when she is in the building it’s problems .walked there from work to get a simple sandwich…I waited and waited nothing but all the people who entered after me got their food before me…the cashier noticed I didn’t get my good after about 15 minutes so he goes to check and see what happens…the associates cooking food didn’t speak English so it seems as if Natasha spends her shift translating orders instead if making sure customers get good service…after being offered free food for my wait, I declined and stated I just want my food so I can go back to work…once I got my sandwich I was so frustrated that I just left without checking, mistake on my part…I walked all the way back to work and then tried to eat a sandwich that was given to me with no meat on it…smh..I walked alllllllllll the way back to get my order corrected and the manager starts arguing with the cashier about my order like I was wasting her time…she never once asked to speak to the customer nor did she try to apologize or make sure this issue was fixed…even when I asked for her name, she looked at me as if she was puzzled and had no clue of what’s going on…i go to this dunkin donuts weekly but during the week and I never experienced issues like this before…this was so horrible..wasted 30 minutes on a simple sausage egg and cheese sandwich

I wait 10 mins at the window for my mobile order that I ordered 20 mins ago. Then they never make my coffee right. Always put cream when I order milk and make it super sweet so I’m just drinking cream and sugar hardly no coffee.

NATACHA is the rudest ad ignorant she was ready to fight over a mistake they made and kept saying respect is due to a dog how about respecting yourself then you won’t be so angry management need to check the cameras after she argued with herself the manager tells me I didn’t pay for bacon but I ordered it and it’s printed on the receipt I even asked her to charge me since I didn’t pay NATACHA started aging (check your cameras)I will never support this establishment and I made sure before I left the parking lot the hospital never order from here again!
