This place just opened and already isn’t meeting expectations of other McDonald’s in the area. I ordered two large fries and this is exactly how they came. I wish I paid for a medium at that point. I tried to get a McFlurry but the ice cream machine was down, like already? Maybe the workers are new here, one of them was pretty friendly. I’ll give two stars cause the Diet Coke was good, lol.

No customer access to soda or napkins or any condiments. This location screams I’m designed around being a cost cutting machine for the franchisee. Don’t expect to get the normal value you’d get from other McDonald’s. See the other reviews of half filled fry containers as an example. Oh yeah, and yet another business that believes in hiding your staff behind the walls. Might as well replace them with robots. We’d never know!

My food was really good, better than the Provo McDonald’s. My McNuggets were super hot. However, you can’t fill your own soda because, as others have mentioned, they don’t have the soda machines in the dining area at this McDonald’s. That’s pretty inconvenient. But my food came out fast and they brought it right to my table, so I can’t complain about service.
