We always look forward to getting our Sarku Japan Chicken Teriyaki. Cooked fresh while you wait. I get the fried rice and the Mrs. gets the same with veggies. Great food, great people. The North Olmsted Food Court is open during this time of the Virus you just can’t eat in the Commons area, it’s all take out. That was as of 3/19/20.

Ordered teriyaki chicken fried rice, was not good! Not to my expectations. Chicken was too chewy, not very good! Not coming back. Didn’t like the sauce they put on sushi, too spicy. Too expensive for low quality of food. Not considering coming back, not worth my time and not worth of money spend on. Waited over 25 minutes for my food to be cooked! Really totally wasted my valuable time!!! Another big reason I will NEVER come back here!!!

Food is really good I always get the double meat and rice . But I know my meal is suppose to be 12 something but they always add a dollar extra and they always speak to each other in Spanish telling one another to add the extra dollar while I’m mix and I understand Spanish smh lol. The chicken teriyaki is AMAZING. I eat here all the time. My husband was disgusted when he seen them using the rag that they clean with, to wipe the cooking utensils down while cooking. I disregarded, because I love the food so much. Until I seen a cockroach sitting INSIDE the lemonade tank. I will never be eating here again!!! Food taste delicious though lol

My fiance went to get food. After ordering she lost feeling in her hands and dropped her food. She is suffering from stage 4 stomach cancer and was excited to be able to eat. After she dropped the food they refused to remake the food for her then told her she can’t have a bag or napkins. She tried to get extra ginger for the sushi she dropped and they told her it would cost extra.You are rude and very impolite. You treated her so bad that she is not able to eat. I can’t believe you made her take food that fell on the ground and not be kind and remake it.
