When someone places an online order and you provide a pick up time, it would be a good idea to actually have the food ready at that time and not 20 min early! By the time the food got home, it was in tye bag for over 30 min and completely ruined! Hot subs don’t do well wrapped up for a long time. Completely ruined my lunch and not the first time it has happened! Guess I will find another sub shop. Goodbye Nadeau’s!!!

Nadeaus always makes great subs. They have many options and they’re usually ready in about 10-15 minutes if you order ahead. The only downside is they sometimes forget to cut the sub in half if you put that in the instructions, but oh well.

First of all the 2 guys at the counter were so cool !! Friendly, professional, efficient and made you glad you chose this random spot during a hard day of work. The icing on the cake was how GREAT the steak and cheese was plus how much they hooked it up. My only regret is not tipping enough for the service and even better food. 10,000 stars

Asked what they were known for and got told steak tips. Got a large steak tip salad. Portion size was on the small size and the steak was more like thick shaved steak. Might have still be ok except it cost $16. Would try again, place was clean and friendly, but won’t ever get the steak there.

We got 2 salads to go both of them had brown rotten lettuce in them. They were closed so I could not call to let them know or have them remade fresh. They are expensive and why quality control was not conducted on their ingredients is worrisome. You can see when lettuce has gone bad very easily. I’m concerned with the ingredients you cannot see expiration dates on because clearly they aren’t taking the time to look at all. Please check your food before you drive all the way home. The Customer service is lacking in the store as well.
