I like this place, but the lobby is always closed. Today, I rode my bike a mile and was planning to stop there for lunch. As I got therean employee walked in and scowled, then locked the door. Kid looked young, never seen him working there before.

This location had fallen way down and appeared to be about to close down. However, a big turnaround has taken place and you are getting excellent food now. Hot/warm burgers and hot fries are the “norm” here now and not leftover food or cold food. Also, no more long waits in the drive-thru!! They have competent employees on the floor now. They can take your order, get it made and serve you again in a timely manner! Kudo’s for this improvement and welcome back to my list of places to grab a bite to eat on!!

I ordered a whopper Jr and it took almost 10 minutes to get my sandwich while the drive-thrus lady flirted w/someone at the window who did not even order food but yet he was trying to get free food! Worst Burger King EVER

After over 15 minutes in the drive-thru with no one ahead of the guy in front of me, it became clear the staff were not even speaking to the people at the intercom until the previous customer had left the premises entirely. They do this I suppose because of the timers that start counting when your order is placed. The guy ahead finally got to order and after five minutes at the intercom with no help I drove away.

This location usually is below average when it comes to the food/service but today was a different. The person taking my order was very patient and polite. When I got to the window to pay, she was still polite and even had a smile. I had to wait for fries but she respectfully asked me to pull forward, gave NO attitude whatsoever. We only waited for a few minutes before they brought our food out. The food was hot and not “messy”. If they continue to do business this way, I would gladly return. Great job BK!

My hubby and I decided to grab something to eat tonight and the service had me mortified. First of all, I pulled up to Burger King around 10:00pm-10:15pm and the line was already long. We wait at least 15-20 mins to get to the speaker just to tell the employee we had a mobile order pickup. As soon as we get to the window, the employee hands is the wrong food. Then when we brought it to his attention he asked what did we have. We told two different workers our orders and was told to pull up and wait til they bring the food out (which was about another good 15mins). As soon as the employee brought the food out, we checked it. Everything was cold… ours burgers were cold (and looked like a 4 year old dumped a bottle of ketchup on them). Fries were soggy and cold. The only thing they had right were the drinks. I won’t be returning, this isn’t the first time something like this has happened, I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but it’s definitely not happening.
