I would never recommend this Dunkin Doughnuts to anyone. I ordered 20 Munchkin doughnuts for $10 & they were not fresh. My guess is that these were a few days old & it had taken 2 people at the register to assist me. They also miscounted & had 19 vice 20. Needless to say, I will not be going back at all. I emailed customer service & it has been a month now with getting no response.

If you order curbside drop off you’ll need to go inside and pick it up. I usually get it delivered but ordered through the app and sat outside for about 20 minutes, but the food was read and waiting at the counter for me. They looked like it was busy and short staffed and even with the wait my food was good and warm. The coffee was mediocre and was not aesthetically pleasing at all, either it wasn’t mixed right or there was almost no coffee in it. I ordered a double shot macchiato and the bottom of the cup was only about half an inches worth of coffee and then a quarter of that was undissolved caramelized sugar crystals.

I visited for ice cream (Baskin Robbins). Selections were very limited, not having basics like chocolate or vanilla. There is no seating on-site. First impressions of the interior of the store is that it was moderately clean, perhaps not as well-maintained as it could be. There were approximately 10-12 flavors available the last time I was there. Many of the ice creams were not labeled or in the wrong place/mislabeled. For instance, Chocolate Peanut Butter was not labeled and something was labeled as “Mint Chocolate Chip” that wasn’t. (What does it say about me that I recognize most Baskin Robbins flavors by sight, without a label???) I’ve gotten ice cream there twice several weeks apart (different flavors) and both times the server warned me that the ice cream was “soft” or “kinda runny” and asked me if I wanted a cup instead of a cone. The warning was accurate, because both times the ice cream slid sideways on the cone as I was walking out to my car and I almost lost it. Service was fast and friendly, but when I got to my car with my scoop of Chocolate Peanut butter, the first several tastes were of mint, which made me wonder how often the scoopers are rinsed/cleaned. I probably won’t be going back.

Uh oh Don’t
Quick and friendly. There was no line on Friday morning which was great. Crazy intersection. The building is built in a hotel parking lot which makes it a pain to navigate through it Coffee is great at all of their locations but not a big fan of their doughnuts. However their staff makes up for all their bad parts. If you read this ad please give me a thumbs up!!!!!

Waited in line for 20 minutes with no order taken, understand they are busier than normal due to National Donut Day seems like schedule and management would be prepared. The service place at this Dunkin is predominantly slower than others in the area
