I went to have lunch there today with my mom the cashier was an old lady with glasses super rude. We got our order and ate then I got up to order to go food for my brother I gave the lady a coupon that clearly said FREE salad she gave me my receipt(I didn’t check the receipt because I had to get back to work) and I gave it to my mom and I left my mom stayed there to wait for the food a few min go by and she calls me to tell me that the lady is arguing with her because my mom asked her for the meal cup and the old lady said she had already given it to me and my mom said no you just gave her the receipt and on top of that instead of giving us the chicken salad she gave us fries and my mom also told her hey it was a free chicken salad she said nooo I put fries. So my mom was telling her she was wrong and the lady refused to give us the chicken salad or to even check the coupon it’s not the first time this lady has an ugly attitude she gets to overwhelm when it’s busy and she starts to be rude

This was first time and probably my last. Food is way overpriced!!! 3 very small pieces and sides cost me more than going to an all you can eat buffet. I didn’t like the spices or rub on the chicken. Only reason I’m giving them 2 stars and not 1 is they offer fried or baked.

They refused to give me sauce, despite the fact that I ordered wings and tenders. They left out the tenders for my kids meal and I had to go in to retrieve them. When I went in, they took an unreasonable amount of time to review the issue and give me what I paid for. They gave me incorrect chicken on my dark roast combo. Needless to say I will not be going back.

I went by last night, around 9:30pm, and although there were quite a few cars in line, the line moved swiftly, the person who took my order was friendly and patient, and the food was FRESH and tasty!! It was a pleasant experience. I told at least three people because I was so pleased and had to be sure to come and leave them a good review as well. I’ve only been to this location a few times and while I can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience, they really impressed me last night. Keep up the good work!
