I stopped in to grab a quick bite before work. Ordered the classic cheesesteak combo. I was so disappointed in my meal. The steak was warmed up in the microwave and it was so hot it my mouth. It was still hot after letting it cool down for 5 minutes. My fries were lukewarm & the all the soda in the coke machine was flat. I will never spend my money here again.

Ordered the regular Philly Cheese Steak and fries. Wissam took my order. Great customer service. Even brought my fries to me. To ensure they’d still be hot. Which they were. The Philly Cheese steak was delicious. Much better option vs McDonald’s or Subway. Will be back!

Welllll, I was looking forward to the sandwiches I got the 3 cheese bacon I asked for no peppers or i onions twice ti clarify as well as on the fries…. In my opinion it was tooo pricey especially for the quality of the sandwiches. And when I got my sandwich and fries…… they had onions and peppers on both, idk if I’d go back

Food not good…got sick after eating . Service was great and no wait in line. Noticed cooks are under age of 21 which explains why I got sick after eating my bacon Philly steak cheese…experience cooks needed in this establishment as very little meat. I’ll try again later or when my stomach has the courage to do so. More photos and images showing what I consumed. Only 2 locations of charilies in Vegas Valley .

Got sick after eating the bacon Cheese streak sandwich combo 20 minutes later. Noticed the cooks looked under 21 years old which explains experience cooking on grill is lacking as meat was questionable and sloppy on sandwich. No waiting in line and staff was nice. I’ll try again if my stomach has the courage to eat at arroyo location within Walmart.
