In the middle of the day, a pair of us entered La Salsa looking for a meal. Though we didn’t have a wait to be seated, it took a long time to be acknowledged and then to order. My wife had some delicious enchilada suizas, and I had an average burrito. The burrito was not mixed well, so the first third was all sour cream, second third guacamole, and third part dry. The service was slow, but when they realized they had messed up our order, they did quickly give us 25% off our meal. Overall, it’s average at best.

This place made my day. I needed eats and drinks while heading down the Strip and I came across La Salsa at Caesar’s Palace, and there was no regrets. I would usually expect free Salsa and Corn Chips, so was a bit disappointed to pay $5 for the Salsa Flight, but the 4 Salsa’s were amazing, with refills of everything. The Green Chili Burrito was awesome, flavourful, hot, with good success. But the best part was the service, everyone was excellent, refilling drinks and salsa, checking I had what I needed, and generally making me feel welcome. I’ll be back.

There were 7 of us for breakfast. The menu did not have a lot of choices and it took 50 minutes to get breakfast. We told the waitress several times we had a plane to catch. One of the items did not come with the rest of the orders and we could not wait. I just told her to take it off the bill and she said she had to have manager override to deduct it and no one was there to do that.
