Besides good all around pizza, the reason Jet’s (specifically this location on memorial) will continue to earn my, friends and family business, is because of the service we receive. We had the pleasure of working with Cody the most recent times and it’s always a pleasure. I know this takes nothing to wright this review but I hope him and his crew are appreciated. This is the worst location ever to get pizza. The female general manager needs to be fired she had no interest in owning up to mistakes. Basic customer service there doesn’t exist. Other places will right their mistakes. I wish I could leave zero stars food came in cold for one but the biggest issue is that there isn’t any pizza it’s just crust. Everything I ordered was ice cold pizza, wings, and even the sauce. I filed a corporate complaint because apparently there was nothing the store could do for me. All she said was the pizza is six slices as advertised well I’ve had four slices of pizza from Kroger with more on it than this. Not worth the sixty dollars whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

We wanted to order via text to save 15% but ran into issues with the AI of the order bot. Went into the store and placed our order in person. The staff member gave us the discount anyway, and we were grateful. We waited only 15 minutes for our order, and the pizzas (Detroit style) were delicious. We will be back, and order using the app or in person, but not via text!

As much as I love Jett’s the online and delivery at this location is subpar. Not only is the online order odd but the timing for delivery is way UNDER estimated. If you plan on ordering from this location, my suggestion is pick up only. Delivery that normally takes 1 hour takes 2 hour. Then the online tracker is not accurate. Great pizza, poor management.

Great pizza, we always order from here. We usually get the 8 corner Hawaiian. Tonight for some reason our delivery was left outside. We didn’t get a knock/doorbell ring or anything. Wondered where our delivery was and found it sitting on our porch step, cold. Unfortunate because since the driver didn’t knock, we didn’t get to give him the cash tip we had ready for him.

I only always order the Hawaiian – pineapples, Canadian ham, thick crust. My mouth waters just thinking of the pizza. I’ve never been inside the pizzeria. My husband picks up. But I’m excited from we say, “Let’s get Jets”. Perfect right outta the box. Hot, thick and chewy-crunchy crust and the flavor is balanced and fresh. We never have a slice left over. Not one.
