Ordered delivery for 44-50 min. (It was actually 1 hour & 20 min) After the time passed that our food was to arrive I got an email stating my order had left the building. I called 20 min after it was supposed to arrive and whomever answered the phone wouldn’t even let me ask about my pizza. Just kept repeating that it was on the way. Yes, thanks Sherlock, I got the useless email. When our 1 pizza and 2 salads finally arrived, the pizza was barely lukewarm and the salads were wilted. On the app (all prepaid) I tipped nicely AND was charged $5.09 for delivery that took double the estimated time.

Never had a bad experience dining in here! They don’t have much seating, but there have hardly ever been any other people dining in when we are – we’re usually the only ones, which is nice! Workers are helpful. Love it.

The pizza is great but getting it is always more difficult than other pizza companies. Waits are long, phones unanswered. I hate to call but I’ve purchased over $100 in charity discount cards and online won’t accept them. The pizza is overpriced compared to others. I hope they are paying and taking care of their workers in this market. Perhaps the company should sell to someone who can operate this business like Domino’s.

I ordered by phone for a drive through pick up. They were so busy, the line went around the building! It went fairly quickly, but when I got to the window, they couldn’t find my order. The manager was on it, and got my pizza ready without too long of a wait. Impressive, seeing how slammed they were. I’m glad they are getting the business, seeing that the dining room is closed.

They must be having a COVID staffing disaster because I waited over a half hour in the drive thru lane (building was locked tight) for a pizza I paid for in advance on their app. I’m done with them until at least after the pandemic, if they can’t figure out a way to accommodate a fast and easy prepaid order pickup. Even on the phone with them during my wait they failed to answer and dropped my call.
