You have to try the honey mustard wings on the pit. They are amazing! Do you like steak pizza…well they have the best around. Choice of cherry pepper or banana pepper, onions, mushrooms a delight for the taste buds. Highly recommend this hidden gem in the heart of Buffalo.

I have been going here for years since I moved back to the city. Over the years it has been hit or miss. You can always tell if there are different people working on a particular day. Either your order is going to be what you want or the opposite. The pizza the last few times has been dry and over baked, I have to tell them to half bake it and the chicken fingers are always dry, burnt and no sauce. You have to ask specifically how you want your wings or you will get disappointed.

As a longtime customer of Metro Pizza, we had grown to appreciate the service until today when we were told “we don’t deliver to your address.” SMH, I said to my family, “our business and home address has been serviced by this establishment,” No more business for Metro from us. We ordered a pizza and we were waiting 2 hours. We then called and they told us they can’t help. We asked if it was still coming and after telling us they can’t help they said they spelled the address wrong after we spelled it out 4 times.

Ive been ordering pizza from here for TWO years. Not one complaint. Ive never complained not once. All i have to really complain about it the customer service. Their attitudes are horrible. Never a thank you. Never a smile. Just staring, glaring and Its a shame. Their pizza is good. But a simple thanks forr your business goes a long way.
